⁠I love finding the cohesiveness in eclectic influences such as Japanese & Scandinavian design with the English and Mediterranean charm.

I got to know the start of this beautiful brand through Jacob!

What do you think sets Mush Studios apart from other rug and pillow brands?

I love Mush's approach to creating unique silhouettes, mixed with a unique design language that focuses on quality over quantity.

What made you decide to want a Mush rug/pillow?

I gravitated toward the fluid shape, color and the aesthetic Mush "sells“.        

What item did you purchase from Mush and why did you purchase it?

The Dune rug in Ecru and the Bur Shag Rug in basil.

How well does your rug/pillow complement your home decor?

The Dune Rug became a pivotal focal point in my room due to its unique design. Lots of people asked me for the ID of it.

Have you had any compliments from friends or family about your new rug/pillow? What did they say?

Yes, primarily on Instagram due to my work and niche. The Dune in Ecru became one of the most asked about pieces in my room.

How does the design of your rug/pillow tie into the mood or atmosphere of your room?

It adds this special touch as in the cherry on top that perfectly ties in together a room.

Has the design of your rug/pillow influenced how you’ve styled the rest of the room or space around it?

Yes, I constantly rearrange my room and I think that 65% of the time, it was due to the rugs.

Would you consider your Mush product to be more of a functional piece or a decorative one (or both)?

⁠It depends on what your definition of function is. For me it is more of a decorative aspect in my room as to the unique shape and feel it adds to the space. The comfort that it brings is the cherry on top. 

How likely are you to purchase another product from Mush Studios, and why?

Very much likely to do so! I’m just very interested in the future of Mush and potential new shapes, color palettes and textures!
